Registration

Eligibility: Sooner State Games is open to any amateur athlete. Age and skill level requirements are established by each sport's governing body.

Online Registration: We are currently creating an online registration system for both Winter and Summer State Games. this system will be up and running by this Winter's State Games. It will be as simple as creating and profile for yourself or your child, then selecting events available for you in your sport, age, sex and skill level.

To Enter: Simply fill out the INDIVIDUAL ENTRY FORM along with the waiver. Please type or print using a dark ink pen. Incomplete or illegible entry forms cannot be processed and therefore, will hamper proper registration. Every item on the entry form must be complete or your entry will not be accepted. Incomplete entries will be returned to the applicant for completion. If you are uncertain whether you qualify to compete in a particular sport, consult your sports’ information page for details or contact the sport coordinator responsible for your event. Some sports require membership in their states association due to insurance or the high skill level required to compete.

Entering a Team: Coaches must fully complete the TEAM ENTRY FORM in the center of this booklet. Each team member must complete the team roster and sign the waiver. If the athlete is under 18 years of age, their parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver. Roster changes will be allowed ONLY UNTILTHE ENTRY DEADLINE. No changes will be allowed after that date. Every effort should be made to have a final roster before entering a team.

Refund Policy:There will be NO refunds of entry fees.
