Times: *A captain's meeting will be held before the first game both days with play immediately following*

Location:  Union Intermediate High School (7616 Garnett, Tulsa, OK)

Entry Deadline:

Entry Fees:

• $20.00 per player
• On-site registration: $30.00 per player.

Officiating (Format is play/officiate for all divisions):

• Teams must bring qualified officials for up-referee or may opt to pay the $15.00 official fee (per game at sight.)
• Officials must provide their own whistles

Roster Limit: 10 players per team.

Rules:

• Rally scoring will be used.
• Brackets depend on the number of entries in each division.

Uniforms: There are no uniform requirements, however, t-shirts with numbers are preferred.

Awards: Olympic-style gold and silver medals for 1st and 2nd place will be awarded in each                    division.
